Prepared according to tradition, with fragrant candied fruit, fresh Italian milk, eggs from hens, alleviates a land and glass processed by hand. Thanks to the natural leavening with mother yeast solo and to the natural cooling upside down for 8 hours, this Colomba preserves all its fragrance and its unmistakable scent.

Ingredients: wheat flour - candied orange peels 16.2% (orange peels - glucose-fructose syrup - sugar - acidity regulator:citric acid) - icing 10.4% (sugar - rice flour - sunflower oil - wheat flour - powdered egg* white 2.5% corresponding to 0.3% of the total ingredients - flavourings) - butter - sugar - fresh egg* yolk 7.3% - natural yeast 6.5% (wheat flour - water) - frosted sugar 6.5% - almonds 2.3% - inverted sugar - fresh pasteurized milk 1.8% -emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - salt - natural flavourings. 
May contain other tree nuts and soya.
Store in a cool and dry place.
