Naturally leavened oven-baked cake. Ingredients: wheat flour - candied orange peels 15.5% (orange peels - glucose-fructose syrup - sugar - acidity regulator: citric acid) - icing 12.3% (sugar - rice flour - sunflower oil - wheat flour - powdered egg* white 2.5% corresponding to 0.3% of the total ingredients - flavourings) - butter - sugar - natural yeast 7.7% (wheat flour - water) - fresh egg* yolk 7% - frosted sugar 6.4% - almonds 2.3% - inverted sugar - fresh pasteurized milk 1.7% - emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - salt - natural flavourings.
