How we made it... Nutritional values

Our Mandorlata is a baked sourdough product. Baked according to the traditional Balocco recipe, packed with raisins and candied fruit, and using only GM-free ingredients.


wheat flour - candied orange and citron peels 12,4% (orange peels 43% - glucose syrup-fructose - sugar - candied citron peels 11% - acidity regulator: citric acid) - hazelnuts glaze 10,3% (sugar - wheat flour - peanut oil - hazelnuts 7,2% corresponding to 0,7% of the total ingredients - rice flour - powdered egg* white 0,2% - flavourings) - butter - sugar - fresh egg* yolk 7,2% - natural yeast 6,4% (wheat flour - water) - frosted sugar 6,4% - raisins 3,6% - almonds 2,6% - inverted sugar - fresh pasteurized milk 1,8% - emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - salt - natural flavourings

May contain other tree nuts and soya.
