Our Mandorlata is a baked sourdough product. Baked according to the traditional Balocco recipe, packed with raisins and candied fruit, and using only GM-free ingredients.
Ingredients: wheat flour - candied orange peels 12.3% (orange peels - glucose-fructose syrup - sugar - acidity regulator: citric acid) - hazelnuts glaze 11% (sugar - rice flour - hazelnuts 7.2% corresponding to 0.8% of the total ingredients - peanut oil - powdered egg* white 2.5% corresponding to 0.3% of the total ingredients - wheat flour - flavourings) - butter - sugar - fresh egg* yolk 7.2% - sugar grains 6.5% - natural yeast (wheat flour - water) - raisins 3.6% - almonds 2.6% - inverted sugar - fresh pasteurized milk 1.9% - emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - salt - natural flavourings.
May contain other tree nuts and soya.
