How we made it... Nutritional values

Delicious hand-made icing and a light dough similar to Pandoro: creating the perfect light snack, full of flavour.


wheat flour - sugar - fresh eggs - butter - icing 10,7% (sugar - wheat flour - peanut oil - rice our - powdered egg white - flavourings) - frosted sugar 6,6% - natural yeast (wheat flour - water - yeast) - almonds 2,6% - emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - fresh pasteurized milk 1,6% - salt - flavourings.
May contain other tree nuts and soya.
The highlighted ingredients can cause reactions in allergic or intolerant subjects.
