How we made it... Nutritional values

Our Pandoro is a sweet, naturally leavened baked product, free from genetically modified ingredients and made with Balocco's usual attention to detail.
Also available in 500g and 750g formats.

Ingredients

wheat flour - fresh eggs* 20.6% - sugar - butter - natural yeast (wheat flour - water - yeast) - emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - fresh pasteurized milk 1.8% - salt - flavourings - cocoa butter.

May contain tree nuts, soya and mustard.

Icing sugar pouch (sugar - wheat starch - flavourings).

Store in a cool and dry place.
