How we made it... Nutritional values

Our Pandoro is a sweet, naturally leavened baked product, free from genetically modified ingredients and made with Balocco's usual attention to detail.
Also available in a 750g format.


wheat flour - sugar - fresh eggs* 20,7% -  butter - natural yeast (wheat flour - water - yeast) - emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - fresh pasteurized milk 1,8% - salt - flavourings - cocoa butter. *
