                                Our Mandorlato is a sweet, naturally leavened baked product, free from genetically modified ingredients. Made following a traditional Balocco recipe, it is the first panettone to be made with almonds and sugar. Available in a 1000g format.
wheat flour - raisins 12.8% - butter - candied orange and citron peels 8.6% (orange peels 43% - glucose-fructose syrup - sugar - citron peels 11% - acidity regulator: citric acid) - hazelnuts glaze 8.3% (sugar - rice flour - hazelnuts 7.3% corresponding to 0.6% of the total ingredients - sunflower oil - powdered egg* white 2.5% corresponding to 0.2% of the total ingredients - wheat flour - flavourings) - fresh egg* yolk 7.2% - sugar - natural yeast 6.4% (wheat flour - water) - fresh pasteurized milk 3.5% - almonds 2.2% - invert sugar syrup - frosted sugar 1.7% - emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - salt - natural flavourings.
