Our Pandoro Gin, with cream and a strong-tasting gin bath with a delicate sprinkling of icing sugar, for an original and fresh taste experience. Our Gin Pandoro is a sweet, naturally leavened baked product, made free from genetically modified ingredients. A packet of icing sugar is included in the weight.
wheat flour - fresh eggs* 17.4% - sugar - Gin cream 15% (sugar - glucose syrup - water - Gin 7% corresponding to 1.1% of the total ingredients - sunflower oil - skimmed milk powder - fresh egg yolk* 1% corresponding to 0.2% of the total ingredients - natural flavourings - thickener: pectins - preservative: potassium sorbate) - butter - natural yeast (wheat flour - water - yeast) - Gin soaking syrup 3.8% (glucose syrup - water - Gin 27% corresponding to 1% of the total ingredients - flavourings) - emulsifiers: mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids - salt - skimmed milk powder - natural flavouring.
