Our cake, with yogurt* added to the dough, is a sourdough product made using only GM-free ingredients. The weight includes a bag of icing sugar.
* The yogurt, which loses its live lactic cultures during baking, makes this dessert very soft.
wheat flour - sugar - fresh eggs - butter - yogurt 8% - sunflower oil - natural yeast (wheat flour - water - yeast) - emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - dried skimmed milk - salt - flavourings. May contain tree nuts, peanuts and soya.
Icing sugar pouch 2,5% (sugar - wheat starch - flavourings). The highlighted ingredients can cause reactions in allergic or intolerant subjects.
Store in a cool and dry place.
