Ingredients: wheat flour - sugar - fresh eggs** 15,7% - butter - yogurt 8% - sunflower oil - natural yeast (wheat flour - water - yeast) - emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - dried skimmed milk - salt - natural flavour.
May contain tree nuts, peanuts and soya.
Icing sugar pouch 2,5% (sugar - wheat starch - flavourings).
Store in a cool and dry place.
*Yogurt that in cooking loses its acid-loving milk bacteria, makes this cake very soft.
