How we made it... Nutritional values

Our Colomba Tiramisù is a baked sourdough product. Baked according to the traditional Balocco recipe, using only GM-free ingredients.


wheat flour - milk chocolate 18% (sugar - cocoa butter - dried whole milk - cocoa mass - emulsifier: soya lecithin - flavouring) - sugar - fresh eggs - butter - coffee cream 7,3% [sugar - glucose syrup - water - butter - coffee infusion (coffee - alcohol) 5% corresponding to 0,4% of the total ingredients - dried skimmed milk - alcohol - liophilized coffee 0,5% corresponding to 0,04% of the total ingredients - stabilizer: pectine - preservative: potassium sorbate - flavourings] - mascarpone cheese filling 7,3% [glucose syrup - water - dextrose - sugar - mascarpone cheese 7% (milk cream - acidity regulator: citric acid) corresponding to 0,5% of the total ingredients - sunflower oil - dried skimmed milk - alcohol - stabilizer: pectine - preservative: potassium sorbate - flavourings] - natural yeast (wheat) - coffee flavouring syrup 5,3% (water - glucose syrup - alcohol - coffee 2% corresponding to 0,1% of the total ingredients - colouring: caramel - tickener: E401) - emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - salt - dried skimmed milk - flavourings.
