How we made it... Nutritional values

Our Colomba MaxiCiok is a baked sourdough product. Baked according to the traditional Balocco recipe, using only GM-free ingredients.


wheat flour - dark chocolate 15,3% (cocoa mass - sugar - cocoa butter - butter - emulsifier: soya lecithin - natural vanilla flavour) - dark chocolate cream filling 14,7% (sugar - glucose syrup - water - butter - dark chocolate 8% corresponding to 1,2% of the total ingredients -low fat cocoa - dried skimmed milk - alcohol - stabilizer: pectine - preservative: potassium sorbate - flavourings) - sugar - fresh eggs - butter - natural yeast (wheat flour - water - yeast) - dark chocolate strands 2,7% (sugar - cocoa mass - cocoa butter - natural vanilla flavour - emulsifier: soya lecithin) - glucose syrup - emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - alcohol - salt - dried skimmed milk - natural flavourings.
