“Colomba” cake filled with chocolate cream, coated and decorated with dark chocolate. Naturally leavened oven-baked cake. Ingredients: wheat flour - dark chocolate 15.3% (cocoa mass - sugar - cocoa butter - butter - emulsifier: soya lecithin - natural vanilla flavour) - sugar - dark chocolate cream filling 14.7% (sugar - glucose syrup - water - butter - dark chocolate 8% corresponding to 1.2% of the total ingredients - dried skimmed milk - flavourings - low fat cocoa - thickener: pectine - preservative: potassium sorbate) - fresh eggs* 14.3% - butter - glucose syrup - natural yeast (wheat flour - water - yeast) - dark chocolate strands 2.7% (sugar - cocoa mass - cocoa butter - emulsifier: soya lecithin - natural vanilla flavour) - emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - salt - alcohol - dried skimmed milk - natural flavouring.
