Ingredients

Naturally leavened oven-baked cake filled with lemon cream, with an icing sugar pouch. Ingredients: wheat flour - sugar - fresh eggs* 16.5% - lemon cream filling 16% (sugar - water - glucose syrup - sunflower seed oil - dried skimmed milk - egg* yolk 5% corresponding to 0.8% of the total ingredients - infusion of lemon 2% corresponding to 0.3% of the total ingredients - thickener: pectine - natural flavourings - preservative: potassium sorbate) - butter - glucose syrup - natural yeast (wheat flour - water - yeast) - emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - salt - dried skimmed milk - alcohol - natural flavouring. Icing sugar pouch 6.7% (sugar - wheat starch - flavourings)
