How we made it... Nutritional values

wheat flour - sugar - fresh eggs* 16.5% - apricot jam 16% (apricots 60% corresponding to 9.6% of the total ingredients - invert sugar syrup - sugar - concentrated lemon juice - concentrated passion fruit juice - gelling agent: pectins) - butter - natural yeast (wheat flour - water - yeast) - glucose syrup - emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids - alcohol - salt - skimmed milk powder - natural flavouring.

May contain tree nuts, soya and mustard.

Sachet of icing sugar 6.7% (sugar - wheat starch - flavourings).
