"Colomba” cake filled with chocolate and cream, coated with milk chocolate and decorated with dark chocolate. Naturally leavened oven-baked cake. Ingredients: wheat flour - milk chocolate 15.3% (sugar - cocoa butter - dried whole milk - cocoa mass - emulsifier: soya lecithin - flavouring) - sugar - fresh eggs* 14.3% - butter - dark chocolate cream filling 7.3% (sugar - glucose syrup - water - butter - dark chocolate 8% corresponding to 0.6% of the total ingredients - dried skimmed milk - flavourings - low fat cocoa - thickener: pectine - preservative: potassium sorbate) - cream filling 7.3% (sugar - glucose syrup - water - dried skimmed milk - sunflower seed oil - butter - flavourings - pasteurized fresh cream 2% corresponding to 0.1% of the total ingredients - thickener: pectine - preservative: potassium sorbate) - glucose syrup - natural yeast (wheat flour - water - yeast) - dark chocolate 2.7% (cocoa mass - sugar - cocoa butter - butter - emulsifier: soya lecithin - natural vanilla flavour) - emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - salt - alcohol - dried skimmed milk - natural flavouring.
