How we made it... Nutritional values

Our Colomba CiokoPanna is a baked sourdough product. Baked according to the traditional Balocco recipe, using only GM-free ingredients.

Ingredients

wheat flour - milk chocolate 15,3% (sugar - cocoa butter - dried whole milk - cocoa mass - emulsifier: soya lecithin - flavouring) - sugar - fresh eggs - butter - cream filling 7,3% (sugar - glucose syrup - water - dried skimmed milk - sunflower oil - butter - alcohol - cream 2% corresponding to 0,1% of the total ingredients - stabilizer: pectine - preservative: potassium sorbate - flavourings) - chocolate cream 7,3% (sugar - glucose syrup - water - butter - chocolate 8% corresponding to 0,6% of the total ingredients - low fat cocoa - dried skimmed milk - alcohol - stabilizer: pectine - preservative: potassium sorbate - flavourings) - natural yeast (wheat) - dark chocolate 2,7% (cocoa mass - sugar - cocoa butter - butter - emulsifier: soya lecithin - natural vanilla flavour) - glucose syrup - emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - alcohol - salt - dried skimmed milk - flavourings.
