Our Colomba is a baked sourdough product. Baked according to the traditional Balocco recipe, using only GM-free ingredients.
wheat flour - sugar - fresh eggs* - butter - natural yeast (wheat flour - water - yeast) - emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids – fresh pasteurized milk 1,8% - salt - flavorings - cocoa butter.
Icing sugar pouch 6,7% (sugar - wheat starch - flavorings).
May contain tree nuts, peanuts, and soya.
