How we made it... Nutritional values

Balocco Party cakes: a wide selection of aromatic and soft cakes, sourdough products made using only GM-free ingredients. The weight includes a bag of icing sugar.

Ingredients

wheat flour - forrest berries filling (glucose-fructose syrup - sugar - blackberry puree 11% - blueberry puree 9% - raspberry puree 7,5% - red currant puree 7,5% - gelling agent: pectin - acidity regulator: citric acid - hibiscus and carrot concentrate - flavouring) - sugar - fresh eggs - natural yeast (wheat) - butter - yogurt 6% - sunflower oil - glucose syrup - emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - alcohol - dried skimmed milk - salt - flavourings.
May contain tree nuts, peanuts and soya.
Icing sugar pouch 2,5% (sugar - wheat starch - flavourings).
The highlighted ingredients can cause reactions in allergic or intolerant subjects.
