Ingredients: wheat flour - fresh eggs* 17.4% - lemon cream filling 17.5% (sugar - water - glucose syrup – sunflower seed oil - dried skimmed milk - egg* yolk 5% corresponding to 0.9% of the total ingredients - lemon infusion 2% corresponding to 0.4% of the total ingredients - thickener: pectine - flavourings - preservative: potassium sorbate) - sugar - butter - sunflower seed oil - natural yeast (wheat flour - water - yeast) - glucose syrup - emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - alcohol - dried skimmed milk - salt – natural flavouring.

May contain tree nuts and soya.

Icing sugar pouch 2.5% (sugar - wheat starch - flavourings).

Store in a cool and dry place.
