Naturally leavened oven-baked cake filled with chocolate cream, with sugared low fat cocoa powder pouch. Ingredients: wheat flour - fresh eggs* 17.8% - chocolate cream filling 17.5% [sugar - glucose syrup - water - butter - chocolate 8% (low fat cocoa 60% - cocoa butter - sugar) corresponding to 1.4% of the total ingredients - dried skimmed milk - flavourings - low fat cocoa - thickener: pectine - preservative: potassium sorbate] - sugar - butter - glucose syrup - sunflower seed oil - natural yeast (wheat flour - water - yeast) - emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - alcohol - dried skimmed milk - salt - natural flavouring. Sugared low fat cocoa for decoration 2.5% (low fat cocoa 50% - sugar -wheat starch).
