Soft dough without raisins and candied fruit, made with high quality Italian fresh milk and eggs from hens raised on the ground, covered with delicious Italian hazelnut icing, enriched with whole almonds and granules of sugar.

How we made it... Nutritional values

Our Mandorlato Cuore d’Oro is a sweet, naturally leavened baked product, free from genetically modified ingredients. 


wheat flour - sugar - fresh eggs* 19,5% - butter - hazelnuts glaze 6,3% (sugar - rice flour - hazelnuts 7,2% corresponding to 0,5% of the total ingredients - peanut oil - powdered egg* white 2,5% corresponding to 0,2% of the total ingredients - wheat flour - flavourings) - natural yeast 4,3% (wheat flour - water - yeast) - almonds 2,2% - emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - frosted sugar 1,7% - fresh pasteurized milk 1,7% - salt - flavourings.
