How we made it... Nutritional values

Our Mandorlato Cuore d’Oro is a sweet, naturally leavened baked product, free from genetically modified ingredients. 

Ingredients

wheat flour - sugar - fresh eggs* 18.8% - butter - hazelnuts glaze 8.2% [sugar - rice flour - hazelnuts 7.3% corresponding to 0.6% of the total ingredients - vegetable oils and fats (sunflower - palm - corn) - powdered egg* white 2.5% corresponding to 0.2% of the total ingredients - wheat flour - flavourings] - natural yeast 4.2% (wheat flour - water - yeast) - almonds 2.2% - emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - frosted sugar 1.7% - fresh pasteurized milk 1.6% - salt - flavourings.

May contain other tree nuts, soya and mustard.

Store in a cool and dry place.
