A Balocco product that symbolises Christmas
Our Mandorlato is a sweet, naturally leavened baked product, free from genetically modified ingredients. Made following a traditional Balocco recipe, it is the first panettone to be made with almonds and sugar.
wheat flour - raisins 17,6% - butter - fresh egg yolk - sugar - natural yeast (wheat) - hazelnuts glaze 6,2% (sugar - wheat flour - peanut oil - hazelnuts 7,2% corresponding to 0,4% of the total ingredients - rice flour - powdered egg white - flavourings) - candied orange peels 4,3% (orange peels - glucose syrup-fructose - sugar - acidity regulator: citric acid) - fresh pasteurized milk 3,6% - almonds 2,2% - inverted sugar - frosted sugar 1,7% - emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acid - salt - flavourings.
May contain other tree nuts and soya.
