How we made it... Nutritional values

Our classic Pandoro, made following a traditional recipe, in a small format designed for all those times you need a little bit of sweetness.

Ingredients

wheat flour - fresh eggs* 16.7% - sugar - butter - milk chocolate 10.6% (sugar - cocoa butter - milk powder - cocoa mass - emulsifier: soya lecithin - flavouring) - pistachio cream 7.2% (glucose syrup - water - sugar - dextrose - sunflower oil - pistachio paste 4% corresponding to 0.3% of the total ingredients - skimmed milk powder - flavourings - thickening agent: pectin - preservative: potassium sorbate - salt - colouring: carrot, pumpkin and spirulina concentrate) - hazelnut cream 7.2% (glucose syrup - sugar - water - hazelnut paste 8% corresponding to 0.6% of the total ingredients - butter - skimmed milk powder- cocoa powder - flavourings - stabilizers: pectin - preservative: potassium sorbate) - natural yeast (wheat flour - water - yeast) - crumbled caramelised pistachios 2% (sugar - pistachio 40%) - emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids - salt - skimmed milk powder - natural flavouring.

May contain other tree nuts and mustard.
