Exclusive Mokaccino cream
Our Pandoro cake, filled with coffee, cream and cocoa, is a naturally leavened baked product, prepared according to tradition, using only non-modified ingredients.
wheat flour - fresh eggs* 18.5% - sugar - “Mokaccino” cream 15% (glucose syrup - sugar - water - dextrose – sunflower oil - espresso coffee** 4% corresponding to 0.6% of the total ingredients - cream 4% corresponding to 0.6% of the total ingredients – skimmed milk powder - flavourings - instant coffee** 1% corresponding to 0.2% of the total ingredients - low-fat cocoa 1% corresponding to 0.2% of the total ingredients - thickening agents: pectin - preservatives: potassium sorbate) - butter - natural yeast (wheat flour - water - yeast) - emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids - salt - skimmed milk powder - natural flavouring. May contain tree nuts and soya. Sachet of low-fat cocoa powder mix for decoration 3% (low-fat cocoa 50% - sugar - wheat starch).
