Our Pandoro with a cream and chocolate filling is a sweet, naturally leavened baked product, made using our traditional recipe and free from genetically modified ingredients.
A packet of sweetened cocoa powder is included in the weight
wheat flour - fresh eggs - sugar - butter - natural yeast (wheat flour - water - yeast) - cream 7,5% (sugar - glucose syrup - water - dried skimmed milk - sunflower seed oil - butter - alcohol - cream 2% corresponding to 0,2% of the total ingredients - stabilizer: pectine - preservative: potassium sorbate - flavourings) - chocolate cream 7,5% (sugar - glucose syrup - water - butter - dark chocolate 8% corresponding to 0,6% of the total ingredients - low fat cocoa - dried skimmed milk - alcohol - stabilizer: pectine - preservative: potassium sorbate - flavourings) - emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - salt - dried skimmed milk - flavourings.
May contain tree nuts, peanuts and soya.
Sugared low fat cocoa for decoration 3% (low fat cocoa 50% - sugar - wheat starch).
