Our Pandoro with a cream and chocolate filling is a sweet, naturally leavened baked product, made using our traditional recipe and free from genetically modified ingredients.
A packet of sweetened cocoa powder is included in the weight
wheat flour - fresh eggs* 18.2% - sugar - butter - cream filling 7.4% [sugar - glucose syrup - water - dried skimmed milk - vegetable oils and fats (sunflower - palm - rapeseed) - butter - flavourings - pasteurized fresh cream 2% corresponding to 0.1% of the total ingredients - thickener: pectine - preservative: potassium sorbate] - chocolate cream filling 7.4% (sugar - glucose syrup - water - butter - chocolate 8% corresponding to 0.6% of the total ingredients - dried skimmed milk - flavourings - low fat cocoa - thickener: pectine - preservative: potassium sorbate) - natural yeast (wheat four - water - yeast) - emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - salt - dried skimmed milk - natural flavouring.
May contain tree nuts, soya and mustard.
Sugared low fat cocoa for decoration 3% (low fat cocoa 50% - sugar - wheat starch).
