Ingredients

wheat flour - sugar - fresh eggs* 16.9% - butter - vanilla and ginger cream 8% (glucose syrup - water - sugar - dextrose - skimmed milk powder - butter - flavourings - natural extract of Madagascar vanilla 0.2% corresponding to 0.02% of total ingredients - ginger infusion 0.2% corresponding to 0.02% of total ingredients - thickeners: pectin - preservatives: potassium sorbate -salt) - chocolate cream 8% (sugar - glucose syrup - water - butter - dark chocolate 8% corresponding to 0.6% of the total ingredients - dried skimmed milk - flavourings - low-fat cocoa - thickener: pectine - preservative: potassium sorbate) - natural yeast (wheat four - water - yeast) - emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - glucose syrup - alcohol - salt - dried skimmed milk - natural flavouring. May contain tree nuts and soya. Sugared low fat cocoa for decoration 6.7% (low fat cocoa 50% - sugar - wheat starch).
